🗳️ Types of Proposals Reported on Snapshot
All proposals shall be named
Proposals will ahve the following categories and are denoted with the () two letter abbreviations after the number string.
Funding Requested (FA)
When funding is requested for
Funding Distributed (FD)
When funding has been distirbuted. Traditionally will be a proposal for transfer to council, or an off-chain distribution reported on chain.
Operations (OP)
Regarding suggestions on operations of LabsDAO. Could be internal processings, toolings, etc.
Labs Onboarded (LA)
Reporting by council when a new Labs is selected and formally onboarded to the DAO. This supercedes an official announcement.
Labs Application (LA)
When a Labs publicly suggests to onboard, or applies through traditional intake form.
Contributor Onboarded (CO)
Reporting by council when a new individual contributor is selected and formally onboarded to the DAO.
Contributor Application (CA)
When a Labs publicly suggests to onboard, or applies through traditional intake form.
Quarterly Report P&L (QR)
This is an automated report released ona quarterly basis.
Governance Process (GP)
This is regarding changes in the LabsDAO governance process. For example; changes to council requirements.
💳 Roles in DAO
Council, initially standing up DAO, responsible for multi-sig
Voting Members (Labs + Contributors): can vote on non-treausry based decisions. Vetting individuals that have decision making power based on chain badges. Higher up from signal. Based on their decisions, Council can act on executive decisions.
Signalers: can suggest proposals, however cannot vote (general entry level badges of community members who do not directly work on projects). This is for signalling for general membership.
